Finally got the body damage repaired, and they finished three days early! The bumper was damaged due to a careless electrician in Edmonds, and the side had dents as a result of collateral damage due to a street fight. Months ago. But look at it now!
Also, the shop’s detail complimented my tidiness: “That’s the least amount of stuff I’ve ever found under the seats in any vehicle,” he said.

73k miles so far. I make a sincere effort to care for it.

Wow. It sounds like the areas you work in are pretty freaking rough. I knew it got sketchy up there, but not to that level.

I wouldn’t go that far. Cramming 50 vehicles in a job site is just pushing the probability towards an inevitable *boop.* As for the damage to the side, that’s probably the worst thing that has ever happened in the six years I’ve lived in this town.

Are you allowed to purchase your work vehicle from your company when they decide to offload it?

Yes I am -- and that’s what I plan on doing.

That’s really cool. I know a couple of people who have done that, or are in positions where they should. Seems like a no brainer.
Did you get it new?
